- Jan Lucas Review added: 2018.02.02★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My father that in this ball hole 4 years ago...and the vac passed it at that time...I would never advise anyone to put their beloved parents in there...the standard of ursing is all along...everything on their website about standards of care was not how my family found it...my poor father was dying in agony until the last 11 hours of the life and only got the necessary pain relief because my family complained over and over...I will never forget how they treated him!
